  • 1 raw egg yolk

  • 1.75 oz crushed seaweed flakes

  • 1 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and diced

How to Make Cold Shin Ramen with Seaweed Pesto

1. Blend the Seaweed Pesto Sauce

In a blender, combine:

  • Seaweed sheets

  • Soy sauce

  • Oyster sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil
